Commit to Get Fit Contest

The Commit to Get Fit Contest is a three-week contest offered three times a year for classes (kids, teachers, and families) to compete for prizes by submitting the most physical activity logs (Activity Tracker) and diet logs (Diet Diary) over the three week period. (each participant can submit a maximum of one of each log each day). Students from classes registered to use Healthy Hearts can encourage parents and family members to sign up to participate as part of their class for the contest.

The overall prize winners of the CTGF Contest will be the classes that have the most logs submitted over the three week contest. Parents, teachers, kids, and other family members can all submit logs to count towards the total logs submitted per day. Weekly winners will be chosen (five kids, one teacher, and two parents/family members) each week from all the participants who submitted at least three (3) physical activity logs and three (3) diet logs during that week.

During the Contest, participants can check the Commit to Get Fit Contest section of Healthy Hearts to:

  • view their individual number of submissions
  • view their class number of submissions
  • compare stats with others in their school, district/county, state, and all participants
