Commit to Get Fit Contest
The Commit to Get Fit Contest is a three-week contest offered three times a year
for classes (kids, teachers, and families) to compete for prizes by submitting
the most physical activity logs (Activity Tracker) and diet logs (Diet Diary) over the three week
period. (each participant can submit a maximum of one of each log each
day). Students from classes registered to use Healthy Hearts can encourage parents and family members to sign up to
participate as part of their class for the contest.

The overall prize winners of the CTGF Contest will be the classes that have the
most logs submitted over the three week contest. Parents, teachers, kids, and
other family members can all submit logs to count towards the total logs
submitted per day. Weekly winners will be chosen
(five kids, one teacher, and two parents/family members) each week from all the participants who
submitted at least three (3) physical activity logs and three (3) diet logs
during that week.
During the Contest, participants can check the Commit to Get Fit Contest section of
Healthy Hearts to:
- view their individual number of submissions
- view their class number of submissions
- compare stats with others in their school, district/county, state, and all participants
- see weekly winners
