20 Ways to Cut 100 Calories or More a Day

  1. Eat only one cookie instead of two or three.

  3. Choose fruit as a side order.
  4. Drink fat free or 1% milk rather than 2% or whole milk.

  12. Use a small bowl for your cereal rather than a large one.
  13. If you have dessert, split it with someone else.
  14. Have one less soft drink a day.
  15. Eat the “snack size” candy bar rather than a regular one when you have an urge for chocolate.
  16. On your next serving of fries, leave at least 10 fries uneaten.
  17. Choose water flavored with lemon or lime rather than a fruit drink.
  18. Choose a small 2 ounce bagel for breakfast rather than the larger bagels.
  19. Choose lowfat sour cream and cream cheese instead of regular.
  20. Leave the cheese off of sandwiches and burgers.
