Since Healthy Hearts is a school-based program, your teacher at school must first sign you up to use it. Healthy Hearts is designed for kids in 5^th and 6^th grades, but your teacher can determine if its appropriate for your classroom.

Once your teacher gives you your UserID and Password for Healthy Hearts, you can then log on anywhere you can use a computer with Internet access – at home, at a friend or relative’s house, at the library, at the computer lab at school – you name it.
