Activity Description: Hang from a bar with your palms facing away from you. Use your arms to pull your body up until your chin is above the bar then lower yourself again into the full hanging position. Do as many as you can. | What you will need: A bar that can support your weight that is above your head. Your arms need to be fully extended and your feet clear of the floor. A doorway gym bar or playground monkey bars would be great. |
