How to Register to Use Healthy Hearts
For kids to participate in Healthy Hearts, teachers must register to use the instructional
module.

Teachers - the first step is to register as a teacher with Healthy Hearts. If your
school has previously been registered, the name of your school can be located in the dropdown menu in your state and county/district. If your
school is not listed you must register your school at this point. You may do so by clicking on the Register your School button located above
the school list. When your school is officially registered (about 3 days after information is initially submitted), you may then register as
a teacher in that school. Once approved, you will be sent an email confirmation of registration, with directions on adding your student's names
to the database so that you can monitor and access all information about your students' participation in the Healthy Hearts module. Then you will
be ready to use Healthy Hearts in your curriculum! |

Parents or Family Members - you can be a part of Healthy Hearts by participating in activities with your
child. To register as a parent or other family member, you will need to know your child's UserID and Password which he will receive
from his teacher. Then you may log in to Healthy Hearts too, to review content with your child, and to participate in a family Commit to Get
Fit contest! |
